Full payment is required to secure your place in a class or workshop. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled class date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date may receive a partial refund or credit toward future classes at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued for missed classes or no-shows. We reserve the right to offer makeup classes at our discretion.
Pottery activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cydozue.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for Services in the preceding six months.
